One thing that I am very thankful for this year is Grace Hill Church! My wife and I have been blessed to call this church home for a few months now and this crew definitely represents the body of Christ! They are truly caring, loving and fun. If you’re looking for a church home or wondering if there’s a place out there for you to get connected with, please come visit with us.
We would love to have you!!!

Grace Hill Church helps people find and follow Jesus Christ.

We want to be obedient to the great commission that Jesus gave every one of his disciples. It is the heartbeat of everything a follower of Jesus should be about as they live out their faith. And the local church has a responsibility to “go” and to “make disciples” in everything it does.

“Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you.” Matthew 28:19-20

“If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
John 8:31-32

For far too long the church has been known
for what it is against.
We want to be known for what we are FOR.

We believe this is our ultimate hope. Not only is it the good news but the greatest news of Jesus Christ. And the gospel changes everything. And because the gospel changes everything, everything changes about us. We are committed to teaching and uniting this congregation around the gospel in everything we do.

10 This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. 1 John 4:10

we are FOR THE CITY:

Our city is our mission field and we have many “cities” represented in our church. Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, North Mississippi, Piperton, Arlington, Eads and more. We as a church family, have a local “church” context for ministry, but you have your own context for ministry wherever you live and that is vital to living out your faith. In every area of your life, you have a chance to live a life that is “for the city”. Or as Jesus put it, to be “city on a hill that can not be hidden”.

8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1:8

The next generation is the future of the church and we have a pressing responsibility to invest in and be FOR them. This is why the NEXT GENERATION at Grace Hill is so important. This means we have focused efforts on the next generation, but if the next generation is going to be ready to lead the church into the future, if the next generation will have a vibrant faith in Jesus tomorrow, it will begin with adults in their church having a vibrant faith in Jesus today. Being for the next generation means that every adult in this church is important and has a role to play in shaping the next generations heart and passion for Jesus because of what they see in you.

4 We will not hide them from their descendants; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power, and the wonders he has done. 5 He decrees statutes for Jacob and established the law in Israel, which he commanded our ancestors to teach their children,6 so the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born, and they in turn would tell their children. 7 Then they would put their trust in God and would not forget his deeds but would keep his commands. Psalm 78:4-7
