Welcome to Grace Hill

If this is your first visit, we're excited to meet you!

Hey friend!
Hey friend!

Our hope is that Grace Hill becomes a place you can call home. A place where people from all kinds of backgrounds can come as they are, encounter the love of Jesus, and begin to experience the kind of community that helps faith grow over time.

Our vision is simple. We want to become a community of grace and peace for the good of our city and the fame of Jesus. That means we care deeply about creating a church where people feel welcomed, where honest questions are allowed, and where following Jesus shapes the way we live with one another and the world around us.

When you visit on a Sunday morning, you can expect a relaxed and welcoming environment, meaningful worship, and thoughtful teaching rooted in the Bible. Whether you have been around church your whole life or you are just beginning to explore faith, our hope is that you leave encouraged, grounded, and reminded that you belong here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do we park?

We ask that everyone enter through the Fishville Rd. entrance. Our Parking Team will direct you to the nearest available parking space. We do have special first-time guest parking and handicap accessible parking for you as well.

Is there a dress code for Sunday?

There is no dress code at Grace Hill. On any given Sunday you will see people in everything from jeans and t shirts to business casual. What matters to us is not what someone wears but that people feel comfortable showing up as they are.

Do you offer anything for kids?

Yes! If you have kids, they are going to love our Grace Hill Kids program. Check out our Grace Hill Kids program and pre-register your kids before your first visit. If you’ve never been, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the service to take a tour and allow ample time to get checked in.

Do you offer any refreshments before the service?

We know mornings can be a little hectic for families, especially if kids are involved, so our hope is to make life a little easier for you on Sunday mornings. You’ll find water, coffee, and fresh donuts in the lobby of the sanctuary! So make plans to stop by a few minutes early and enjoy breakfast together before a gathering.

What is the music like?

Our music is contemporary and centered on songs that help people focus on the goodness and faithfulness of God. Our goal is not to put on a performance, but to create space for people to worship, reflect, and respond to God together. Some people sing loudly, some prefer to listen quietly, and both are completely welcome here.

What is the preaching like?

The teaching at Grace Hill is rooted in the Bible and focused on helping people understand how the message of Jesus connects to everyday life. Most weeks we work through a passage of Scripture and explore what it meant in its original context and why it still matters today. Our hope is that the preaching is thoughtful, honest, and practical, helping people grow in their faith while also making space for questions and real life struggles. Whether you have followed Jesus for years or you are still exploring what you believe, our goal is that you leave encouraged and with a clearer sense of who Jesus is and how his way shapes our lives.

What else happens in the service?

In addition to music and teaching, our gatherings include a few practices that have shaped the church for centuries. Each week we read Scripture together, we share in communion as a reminder of the grace of Jesus, and we join our voices in a historic declaration of Christian belief such as the Apostles’ Creed, the Nicene Creed, or another historic confession of faith. These practices connect us not only to one another, but also to the wider story of the church across time and around the world. Our hope is that these moments help ground our faith and remind us that following Jesus is something we do together.
